Nice to have ya back,your lookin good,
Must be you didnt drink as much as me last night!!!!
And boy howdie did I drink(ok ive got issues,so)
I was at JAKES in the square last night to see
A couple of awsome bands!
THE FUNK PIMPS opened up the evening,
Man were they wearin some freaky clothes,
They went that extra mile to be FUNKY!!!!!!
I cant remember one musician being in so many
Different bands as scott k(aka skippdawg)
Wow he gets around!!
So does nick and josh though.????
The FUNK PIMPS played some classic funk,
Mixed with some very cool improv,
Scott,kevin and nick were on the money!!
I cant wait to see what they do next,
It should be a doozy!!!!
Then it was midnight??????
Yes,there was some confusion as to what the
Start/stop times were but what the hell,
As long as live music has been played,
Rarely does it go smoothly!
Any-hoo,it was midnight and time for
LOOSELY....................
They got set-up and jammin in an instant,
Im tellin ya,these guys are pro's
And they're gettin tighter every time......
LOOSELY told this reporter that WE can expect
The brand new LOOSELY cd Within a week,
possibly ready for the
Thursday night open jam at THE CAVERN!!!!
So dont forget about that....
I've also gotta tell ya'll about the crowd last night,
WOW,was JAKES packed!!!!!!!!!
From the front to the back,they were still comin
At closing time!!
